My goal for us…

Residential real estate can be overwhelming, especially in the Greater Raleigh market. Who you choose to work with matters. My goal for us through the process of buying and selling your home is to create a seamless and stress-free journey. I’m dedicated to streamlining the real estate experience for you so that you can focus on the demands of daily life.

Businesswoman. Tech-Savvy Marketer. Matchmaker.

I am a Raleigh native, and have lived all over the Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro), but I have called Raleigh my home since 2006. I have lived internationally and understand the challenges of relocating and finding your forever home. I love Raleigh and its surrounding towns, and it is recognized as one of the greatest places to work, live and play. I know the market and understand the locations and the lifestyle each unique area provides. Being a Realtor®, or as I see it as a home matchmaker, means helping my clients build the life they truly love by finding the place they call home.

Positivity. Authentic. Communicator. Strategic Thinker.

I believe in creating and nurturing authentic relationships. It’s my sweet spot to understand your feelings, goals, fears, dreams and then help you identify what you DO want! I commit to honest and genuine connections with everyone that I come in contact with in my personal and business life. My strengths are being an effective communicator. Active listener. Strategic thinker. Fierce negotiator. I believe the home buying and selling process can be a win-win for all.

My professional experience as a tech-savvy marketing professional, as well my experience as a mom, community volunteer, writer, traveler and my B.A. degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill play into how I make the home buying and selling experience seamless for you!

My passions – travel, creating community & helping others find their joy.

When I am not house hunting with clients, I’m more likely to be found on the tennis courts or meeting with friends for a good cup of coffee. Being at home, my happy place with my two kids, Maya and Adam, my supportive husband Paul, and my lovable shih tzu, Lola, brings me joy! I enjoy reading, supporting Raleigh’s restaurant and local arts scene, and travel.

We were moving to the triangle area from Austin and were referred to her by other families in the area. It was extremely important for us to find someone that we could trust to help us find what we were looking for from 1300 miles away, and Tina exceeded our expectations. Tina made sure we understood and were comfortable with the home buying process in NC, which was helpful coming from out of state. She gave us guidance on different areas that would fit what we were looking for, and she was diligent in finding new properties as they came on the market. She had a good understanding of the types of properties and neighborhoods we were looking for, even as we were deciding between downtown and suburban living. Tina was incredibly responsive; she was quick to answer any question that came up during both our home search and when we were under contract. We highly recommend Tina for anyone moving in the Triangle area. If you’re buying from out of state, you can rest assured that you’re in good hands!
